Vaccination Policy & Family Commitment

For the safety of all patients, children seen at Susarla Primary Care must be fully vaccinated according to recommended guidelines prior to establishing care. We do not administer pediatric vaccinations in-office, and children must arrive fully vaccinated through their pediatrician.
